Terms and conditions that you agree to when purchasing the product:

Part 1.

The store guarantees:

1. Technical support will respond within 24 hours of contacting you.

2. Accounts are operational within 24 hours of their purchase, if all the rules and conditions for working with accounts listed in Part 2 are met. Start using accounts immediately, as many sites delete accounts for inaction / arrange scheduled purges. After 24 hours after the purchase, even if you have not used your accounts, we will not be able to refund your money.

3. Replacement of accounts within 1 hour from the moment of their purchase, if the accounts are inoperable due to the fault of the store, if all the rules and conditions for working with accounts listed in Part 2 are met and if a preliminary login check was made before launching the accounts. If you logged into your account and did something with it, and then it was banned, then it can no longer be replaced/refunded.

4. Refund if the accounts cannot be replaced. A refund is possible for the cryptocurrency of the store's choice.

5. Selling accounts in one hand.

The store does not and will never resell accounts.

Part 2.

It is prohibited to use accounts purchased on the site.:

1. Log in to 2 or more accounts without a proxy and from the same device. You can use accounts without a proxy and from the same device (different browsers are not different devices), but in this case we will refuse to replace / refund funds.

2. Use your home static ip address, ipv6 proxy, public proxy, packet proxy, shared proxy. It is allowed to use only personal (they are individual) ipv4 proxies, mobile and resident proxies.

3. Use any paid and free VPN services. Any VPN service uses public IP addresses that are used by unauthorized people.

4. Use device emulators, virtual machines, VDS and VPS servers. Any website can detect that you are not accessing it from a real device. This significantly lowers the trust of accounts and leads them to be blocked.

Part 3.

Other terms and conditions:

1. We will not be able to restore your orders if you have lost/deleted them.

2. In case of prolonged use of purchased accounts, the client is obliged to change passwords for them and take care of their security on their own. This applies to those cases when, a year later, for some reason, someone steals your account. This way you can be sure that the problem is not on the store's side.

3. The purchased valid product cannot be returned/replaced. This applies to cases where you were inattentive when choosing an item and, after purchasing it, want to make a refund or exchange.

4. The store and its employees do not provide training and consultations. We do not work with accounts, so we cannot fully advise you.

Mailing is very rare.

Upon agreement with the rules (at the time of purchase), the customer confirms that:

1. The client has read the detailed description of the accounts.

2. The customer has read all the terms and conditions of the store and agrees with them.

3. After the purchase of the product, all responsibility passes to the customer.

4. In case of violation of any clause of the rules, the custom er has no claims against the store and its employees.
