1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. The Administration has the right to check any product for its functionality (validity) at any time.

1.2. In case of suspicions of unfair work or a number of complaints about the store, the Administration has the right to request an increase in the store's security deposit.

1.3. Products and services prohibited for sale:
- Any stolen digital products
- Products with third-party advertising
- Any databases with personal data
- Any documents and certificates
- Any virus software
- Programs or scripts for hacking and unauthorized receipt of information
- Intended to deceive users or government agencies
- Related to DDoS
- Related to financial fraud and fraud
- Related to narcotic substances
- Violating privacy
- Of a pornographic and erotic nature
- Violating copyright
- Violating the laws of the European Union or the United States.

1.4. The service administration reserves the right to block user accounts or restrict access to functionality, even if the user's actions do not formally violate the current points of the rules. The decision to block can be appealed through the support service.

1.5. These Rules can be changed without prior notice to Users.

2. RULES FOR BUYERS
2.1. The Buyer is obliged to record a video from the moment of purchase until (un)successful authorization (gaining access to the product).

2.2. By making a purchase, the Buyer automatically confirms that he wanted to buy this particular product and did so consciously.

2.3. By making a purchase, the Buyer automatically confirms that he is familiar with the rules of the store in which he is buying the product and accepts them.

2.4. After the purchase, the Buyer assumes full responsibility for the purchased goods and independently ensures the safety of the received goods (the service is not a storage facility for purchased goods).

2.5. It is prohibited:
- Inappropriate communication with other users (insults, threats, humiliation, obscene language, discrimination on any grounds, etc.)
- Advertising of third-party resources, spam and mass mailing to users
- Attempting to transfer goods or provide services outside the service
- Unfair use of the review system (cheating, blackmail, etc.)
- Distribution of personal information
- Ignoring mandatory notifications from the administration
- Creating an account to bypass a previously received block
- Fraud and exploitation of vulnerabilities (bugs)

3. RULES FOR SELLERS
3.1. The seller undertakes to provide complete and accurate information about the goods.

3.2. The seller undertakes to answer buyers' questions and not ignore them without reason.

3.3. The seller undertakes not to use data from sold goods. An exception may be checking the functionality of the goods when resolving a dispute.

3.4. It is prohibited:
- To provide knowingly false information about products
- Inappropriate communication with other users (insults, threats, humiliation, obscene language, discrimination on any grounds, etc.)
- Advertising of third-party resources, spam and mass mailing to users
- Posting invalid offers
- Attempting to transfer goods or provide services outside the service
- Ignoring mandatory notifications from the administration
- Duplicating offers and posting products that do not match the description
- Selling products with active bans or blocking
- Selling hacked or stolen products
- Opening several stores in order to create the appearance of a wide range or dominance in the category
- Buying products from yourself
- Copying stores, product card designs, personalized design of offers from other sellers

4. DISPUTE RULES
4.1. In the event of a dispute, the buyer is obliged to clearly describe their claims to the product and provide evidence (photos, videos) of the inoperability of the purchased product within the warranty period (time to open a dispute).

4.2. Video files can be uploaded to a convenient file sharing service with the subsequent provision of a link in the dialogue.

4.3. If neither party is active within 24 hours, the dispute is considered closed, and the decision is made in favor of the last participant who responded in the dialogue.

4.4. Insults of any kind are prohibited.

4.5. Purchasing a quantity of goods exceeding the possibility of checking during the warranty period does not extend it - buy the quantity of goods that you can check.

4.6. Reopening a dispute after its completion is not allowed, regardless of the reasons.

4.7. If after 24 hours the dispute has not been resolved, then both the buyer and the seller can invite the administrator to intervene and resolve the dispute. The administration's decision is binding.

4.8. Dissemination of information from the dispute outside the service in favor of third parties or discussion of disputes with them is prohibited.
