MSHOP - We compare prices with our competitors and make them lower so that your expenses are lower than your income.

Part 1.
The store guarantees:

1. Technical support response within 24 hours of contact.

2. Account functionality for 24 hours from the time of purchase, provided all rules and conditions for working with accounts outlined in Part 2 are followed. Start using the accounts immediately, as many sites delete accounts for inactivity / conduct scheduled cleanups. After 24 hours have passed since the purchase, even if you have not used the accounts, we will not be able to refund your money.

3. Replacement of accounts within 1 hour of purchase if the accounts are non-functional due to the fault of the store, provided all rules and conditions for working with accounts outlined in Part 2 are followed, and provided the login was checked beforehand before activating the accounts. If you logged into an account and did something with it, and then it was banned, it is no longer eligible for replacement/refund.

4. A refund if account replacement is impossible. Refunds are possible in cryptocurrency chosen by the store.

5. Selling accounts to a single individual per purchase.

The store does not and will never engage in the resale of accounts.

Part 2.
When using accounts purchased on the site, it is prohibited to:

1. Log into 2 or more accounts without a proxy and from one device. You may use accounts without a proxy and from one device (different browsers do not constitute different devices), but in this case, we will refuse replacement/refund.

2. Use your home static IP address, IPv6 proxies, public proxies, shared (package) proxies, or shared proxies. Only personal (i.e., individual) IPv4 proxies, mobile proxies, and residential proxies are allowed.

3. Use any paid or free VPN services. Any VPN service uses public IP addresses used by other people.

4. Use device emulators, virtual machines, VDS, or VPS servers. Any site can detect that you are accessing it not from a real device. This significantly reduces account trust and leads to their blocking.

Part 3.
Other rules and conditions:

1. We cannot restore your orders if you lose/delete them.

2. In case of long-term use of purchased accounts, the client is obliged to change their passwords and independently ensure their security. This applies to cases where, after a year, for some reason, someone steals your account. This way, you can be absolutely sure the problem is not on the store's side.

3. Purchased valid goods are non-refundable/non-exchangeable. This applies to cases where you were inattentive when choosing a product and, after purchasing it, want a refund or exchange.

4. The store and its employees do not provide training or consultations. We do not work with accounts, so we cannot fully advise you.

5. Newsletters are sent very rarely.

By agreeing to the rules (during purchase), the client confirms that:

1. The client has read the detailed description of the accounts.

2. The client has read all the store's rules and conditions and agrees with them.

3. After purchasing the product, all responsibility passes to the client.

4. If any rule is violated, the client has no claims against the store and its employees.
