  1. If an account does not work, the buyer must open a dispute within the time frame specified for the product.

  2. An account is considered used from the moment it is logged into; however, the warranty period starts from the purchase date.

  3. Any dispute will be rejected if the account has been misused or if its usage resulted in bans, restrictions, or spam blocks.

  4. Only residential or mobile proxies are allowed when using the accounts.

  5. The use of public or free proxies is strictly forbidden, including but not limited to: Tor, MTProto, Hydra, Astro, and datacenter proxies.

  6. Customers are advised to purchase a small quantity first to ensure the accounts meet their requirements.

  7. When opening a dispute, a full video proof is mandatory, showing the entire process from the purchase to the first login attempt.

  8. Disputes may also be opened for suspended accounts; however, replacement or compensation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the suspension date.

  9. For disputes related to incorrect passwords, video recording is required without exceptions.

  10. Abusive language, threats, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of any further support.

  11. Negative feedback is not allowed unless a dispute has been opened and reviewed first.

  12. In case of any conflict between these rules and the product description, these Store Terms & Conditions will always prevail.
