You will be given a personal account that you can use at all times, which will contain all your questions and answers, is password protected and which you can link to your mobile number for two-factor authentication.
- If the account or password you entered is incorrect, you will see the message "Unable to sign in". Please check if you entered the account and password correctly.
- It is recommended that you try more WiFi connections or use data, reboot your device and try logging in again.
- If the above methods do not solve the problem, go to Settings General Reset Reset network settings.
- If you get the message "Your account has been disabled in the AppStore and iTunes" when updating the app, it means the account you used to download the app is different from the account you used to update the app! Please delete the app and download it again to solve the problem.
Important:
Once you have an account, change your password, security questions, and enable two-factor authentication.
These accounts can be used to download free apps from the AppStore without activating iCloud.
